Awful!!!

This app is awful. Ive tried to use it for awhile now but the "online back" doesnt work at all! I got a new device and tired to share my collections and nothing!?! Tried to get in touch with "support" & guess what NOTHING!!! I am using iPod Touch 4Gs but they are listed as capable devices? Just awful wish I had never wasted $ or time w/this junk! STAY AWAY!!
